@Kevin King I agree with you just like tonight I have a few houses listed with an agent and she just plainly ask me what I would take bc she has some people that want to know and then she says " you know you are not going to get full asking price no one ever does" but when she list her houses it is different (the ones she fix and flips) Now good agents are hard to find and you know the numbers better than I do and I would love to know what you think how many full time agents is in our area vs people who have their license and sell less than 5 houses a year.

They also have a regional manager above that watching over multiple properties.There is additionally a separate company that audits the individual property managers at the properties.So basically the owner puts in layers oversight so that he never has to (step in) when someone is out for sickness,vacation,etc.
