I had a deposit on the Vision Jet  well the GFC put that project on hold and then by the time they came to market what was going to be a 1 mil personal jet became a 2.5 mil personal Jet.. 

@Chancellor Swan   People are motivated to take action about something when 3 things are present:They're uncomfortable about something  (spend time thinking about why you're uncomfortable)They have a vision of something better  (determine what you think good looks like)They see the vision as something achievable  (make sure your goal is realistic)When you've figured out your "why", keep #3 in mind for setting your goal.

The difference in interest is huge and wouldnt a 15 year vision be more closer to a home run?

My lender is aware of my situation and he is actually meeting with the banks leadership to share my vision and is planning on getting back with me next week to let me know if it would be a good fit for both of us.

While looking at the SFH I could see the vision coming together.

Keep the vision, anything is possible!

In the meantime, keep setting goals and have a vision of where you are trying to get to. 

And then your residents can fund the development, since they are the ones most aligned with the vision.

I’ve just had a vision of being more aggressive over the next few years but I need to remember not to sacrifice quality.
