Calling a tangerine an orange is a definite arguable point.

Hmmm, comparison of apples to oranges.

It's about 60 years old, in very good condition.....except that it looks like the set from "That 70's Show"...orange counter tops, dark cabinets, green carpet, etc.

Orange County, CA may not have the cheapest anything....though it does have some of the highest valued properties in the world!

Can anybody comment on RE investing in NJ – Entry barrier here is ridiculous – lots are going for 200K+… Only rental properties which have even a remote possibility to be cash flow positive are in places like Newark and Orange – not a happy places for those who are not familiar with NJ.

I very strongly suggest you stay away from podcast #70, unless you like orange jumpsuits.

I've recently relocated to the Jax area after being gone for quite some time (grew up in Orange Park back in the 90's). 

We got married and bought our home here in Orange County CA in 2008, and since then, we've bought a triplex here in CA, 2 fourplexes in AZ, and a fourplex in CO. 

I think you would never be able to exercise your plan.I re-located from Orange County California to Detroit because of the opportunities up here. 

Lately, this is taking about 10 business days in LA and Orange counties though it could take longer due to end-of-year closings.
