I am not looking for a typical metal frame, but for more like a "seven shaped" post (or similar) with a modern aesthetic in which a sign can hang. 

Again, a far inferior product to the modern building material such as vinyl windows, but nonetheless, a requirement for the historical district.

Two must reads for soemone looking to learn how to live according to thier own definition of success rather than society's definition!  

How do you update a house to look modern and keep the radiators?  

Looks so modern and takes less counter space than a traditional sink!

Shiloh and Kettering are slightly better B neighborhoods with all having a lot of mid century modern architecture.

Here are a few of the most notable projects in the works that are set to be completed within a few years:Sparkman Wharf: The rendering of the new Sparkman Wharf shows it will be a modern outdoor park space with plenty of shops, outdoor eating areas, and other small attractions.

That sums up about 90% of society.

So my thinking on why I can make it cash-flow positive is two-fold:  1) Start using a service that passes the cleaning fee on to the renter (like Airbnb), and most importantly, 2) update the cottage with modern finishes and décor where the new, professional pics will attract a much higher occupancy rate.
