Those tenants can often move in the middle of the night in a span of a few hours and be gone whereas as doctor office with heavy build out or a retail tenant with lots of installed fixtures takes much more work to leave.

I'm sure there's a lot of legalese behind a lot of the questions, but at the end of the day if a doctor can connect to robot in another hemisphere to conduct a vital surgery - there's no reason buying a property should involve this many moving pieces.

I would try some blessing or incantations from a witch doctor or psychic medium....OR take well lit quality pictures of an immaculately clean/maintained unit and lower the price $50 per week and/or put wording that says something to the effect of OBO and/or be more flexible with your terms/criteria...but still use supernatural forces whenever possible!

You know you are moving and if you don't have the reserves ready that tells me you don't have a financial plan for emergencies and they are only a breakdown or medical bill away from being late on rent.
