You are putting money in, and qualifying for the construction loan, while being forced to use them to execute and lease up.  

Ensure the property is properly zoned for your business, and consider leasing the other suites to offset costs.

There is an opportunity to acquire a medical building ( owner is MD who sold business to a Hugo MSO two years ago and still working part time ) at 8 cap NNN lease.

The current tenants have a lease until end of January, which I will honor.

We plan to update a couple of the units, and two of the current tenants' leases expire at the end of the month.
