Renovation of interior of units, add bbq pits outside with picnic tables.

So the main sewer lines were made of cast iron and in some cases clay material, which can allow roots to intersect the pipe and cause major problems. 

Ironically the damages they charged me for were already existing prior to my move in but fighting it was not financially worth it.  

Gotta figure out and iron my goals but I've got time to reap the benefits of BAH and what not while building up my net.

The old cast iron pipe had split in half and was leaking into the wall behind the kitchen.

And my guests have realized that 5 couples paying $100 / each a night for a private villa makes much much more sense than 5 hotel rooms each one at $500 / night... not to mention private pool, bbq, and cooler full of beer.

I have a couple of other possible irons in the fire that I'm looking into, but those I want to keep under my hat for the time being.

(Cast iron on a solid surface you could sometimes get away with it).heres the secret with caulking the tub joint. 

Maybe buy some land and build a few side-by-side to show that it works and iron out the kinks before going after a village?

Home inspection showed that the house has good bones, it's in a GREAT location, and it's multi family with fantastic rental potential....but...roof needs replacing, cloth wires, cast iron piping, and an exterior stair/balcony structure needs replacing.
