All the electrician did was disconnect three wires from the old box, the main feeds, pulled the box from the wall, disconnected the bus bar and old circuits on the back and mark the wires (MARK THE WIRES) then set in the new panel frame, connect the circuits to the breaker bars, set it in and then reconnect the main feeds, 3 wires.

We get great info from a building inspector 'friend' & a local cop.Both of whom just want the problem properties to go away.We also have a great title guy who feeds us info on potential Lis Pendens issues.

You can't "tag" people at the moment, but it is another way to connect and communicate through the site.Example:http://www.biggerpockets.com/users/biggerpo/statuses/4452This can also be seen if you are my colleague by checking your dashboard activity feed.These conversations will be seen in your dashboard feed and on the status' thread.The Fixes:- These include moves to speed up the forums and the rest of the site and also a few minor tweaks to existing tools.

@Michael James - I've thought about solar on my properties but for me, it doesn't make sense for the following reasons-1) Long holding period to recover you money....and technology is moving so fast that you're likely going to have to replace the old technology before it's paid for2) My tenants pay the utilities - it's not my issue and at this point, I don't see it as being a marketing advantage3) In some states (like Indiana) they are actually passing laws to repeal credits and compensation to those "feeding the grid" with solar.
