The government forces banks through fAir lending act to not discriminate by a given area .

Honestly, I have never understood this LlC crap to protect against collection I will assure you that the government can collect from you no matter what entity you hide behind.

The government of England made a very big fuss about this:https://www.gov.uk/government/news/e-cigarettes-ar...If you own land, you get to decide what happens on your land. 

@Vivian O. the simplest way to think of it is that a Warranty Deed gives full ownership and maximum rights to the owner with no restrictions other than those imposed by the government on all properties and by your lien holder if you have a mortgage.A Trustee Deed gives ownership with restrictions. 

Not only is there physical wear and tear on the body, there is a lot of emotional stress also.

The health department will send government inspectors into tenants’ homes.

Means you better learn everything bout Right of ways, utilities, building codes and tones more.. but hey.. if you don't learn those.. you will lose everything .. as REAL ESTATE is based on the land, the government laws locally, and every technical detail , laws, and technical jargon and fact including business law and contract law !!!

Good deals can be found anywhere, government interfearnce and control of your business is a different matter.
