I have to agree with @Andrea Ratajczak above - it's not about the dang paper, or the handwriting - it's about a compelling message that causes people to:1) Remember, and/or2) ActAs she suggests, don't send the same lame "My wife and I want to $BUY$ your house at..." yellow letter.
