I just read about how analyzing a house is crucial for renting to see if the return on investment is good. 

I just think it is crucial that if someone would be calling potential motivated sellers or other cash buyers on my behalf (therefore representing my company & brand), I need to at least have interviewed them thoroughly and be confident that they would not misrepresent me in any way. 

I just started the process a few weeks back of becoming a wholesaler but not necessarily in my marketplace (live in Orange County, Ca) wha are some of the best ways to start wholesaling in other markets?
