Now I see tons of competitors selling their homes, or converting to Long term rentals, or lowering prices by 2x, 3x just to get people in a few days a week.

However, some of our competitors charge $250-$400 as a tenant placement fee.

I hope more of my competitors aka opposition thinks like this. :)

I now have a huge competitive advantage over my competitors.

You can see who your competitors are,what they offer and how much they charge for that on portals like Airbnb. 

It would take my competitors MORE than $9,000.- to get what I get for free.

And We get yet an other lead one of our competitors was so gracious to send our way.And now I can officially say.. 

I’m not selling to an investor looking for the best possible deal among me and all my competitors. 

From what I constantly hear, you are unlikely to get that kind of service from any of our competitors, and perhaps that’s why you might be cynical.

My BAAAANDIT sign yeahh righhhhht.. sure how can I help you...And we happily take the deal that our stinky competitors so kindly have left for us to pick up while they spend al the money  marketing and effort putting up bandit signs.Why/ How?
