This morning I got ready for work a little early and had about 20 minutes to spare before heading to work so I drove around my little neighborhood and found 2 properties that were definitely vacant.One property had a (Eviction restoration notice) and broken window but looking inside I noticed there was some construction/rehabbing going on it wasn't extensive work but repair is being in order.

While there are some nice historic apartment buildings in Palmer Park, a number of which are undergoing rehab by a couple of very energized investors, Palmer Woods is IMO the premier neighborhood in Detroit, with numerous 5000 - 7000 sqft homes built during the gilded age with no expense spared.

That way, I can search the Internet to see if someone is trying to scam me.At the present time, my spare PC is eight years old, that runs XP Pro, etc.I hook it up about once a month, and get the necessary updates needed, to keep it safe, in case I have to use it.Another thing that was suggested to me, is have two Computers.Use one for just Financial Transactions, and the other one for every day use.Raymond

Those 4 digit combo locks take much less than 9999 seconds to break into.Best to tell tenant to buy their own lockbox or keep a spare key well hidden somewhere.
