With this deal, I collaborated with three investors in the underwriting.

Also looking for energetic agents, wholesalers, and other investors who might want to mentor, collaborate, and/or point me towards networking resources.

One of the ways in which I was able to do this was by using the VA loan to the maximum as a tool in my investing toolbelt.

The mentor can give you tools, but you have to put in the work.

There is no silver bullet system or tool out there to get you good deals auto-magically..
