DoMyOwn.com has great products and tons of how to's...I have use Advion, it is a bait that works well. aLso, use Gentrol and a few other products.If the tenant has cats or dogs, it may be very difficult to get rid of because they are coming in the food bags and packaging.

As far as safety , bodies are piling up in NY right now and there's anger towards China creating new virus strains with wild animal markets for food and medicine (and I realize the far east encompasses a lot more than China, but angry broke people don't care)... so I would monitor the situation.

Dave Ramsey was on the radio this morning talking about if you have bills that you can put off so you can save for food and shelter do that.. including credit cards etc.of course March was too early to tell May June will be the telling months I suspect.. when I had my facility it was pretty consistent I bought it in I think 06ish and we a lot of vacancy 50% in 08 to 2010 but then it filled back up.. we could debt service at 50%.. so I never really sweated it. then I put a condo plat on it and sold it for some nice gains.

Throwing out ideas to increase occupancy…What if you were one of the only hosts to offer free food delivery in the form of gift cards or coupon codes at a time when no one wants to go to the grocery store and they HAVE to order takeout/delivery?
