I haven't brushed up on my CA electrical code in a while but kitchens require a min of five dedicated circuits, which will probably render the present wiring useless.

Maybe I'm crazy but to me the pic suggests that clean up is occurring since the huge pile of brush in the driveway is still green although being nov at the time it might be green for awhile.

Scrubbing really nasty floor grout with white vinegar and a scrub brush removed the accumulation of oil and dirt that I feared would not come off.

The $1400 bid included haul away brush...so I got the next two bids for cut down and leave brush and trunk in 4ft sections for firewood...at tenant request.

I've realized that it's easy to paint the problem of homelessness with a single brush.

And PS do not contact Brie as I don't want her tainted with this brush. she is a great lady is not broke is not homeless and is wildly successful because she started as RE agent and worked her way up.. this whole broke and homeless crap is so freaking old and annoying but I guess I made my point.
