We set it very broad to start and I will narrow it down to what I am looking for as I go.

@Anita LetaHi, welcome to BP i want to recommend some stuff for your journey, 1 read the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing. it is a great book that gives you a broad perspective on real estate investing and allows you to become familiar with that particular niche. then you can focus on it and learn as much about it as possible. 2 listen to the podcast. it is filled with so much information and knowledge that it is truly a great tool for learning. i listen to them on my drive to and from work. 3 keep learning, keep reading, learn as much as you can. i look forward to seeing you on the site. 

Good enough for a broad overview, but not great for actually trying to book appointments.
