Good Afternoon, BiggerPockets People -

I'm a new member from Abilene, TX engaged in the lending business and interested in making RE investments. I've had a fascination with real estate investing ever since I entered the working world...but I've never actually taken the plunge. My only personal experience outside of transactions related to my primary residence is when my wife and I bought a SFR lot to build on (but never did), and then sold the property for a nice gain - that was fun! I hope to learn more from other members, develop a local RE network, help where I can, and ultimately make my first (intentional) real estate investment.

Thanks,

Mike
