Their "rent guarantee" is a joke.They randomly create an ad rules every time they please like it in order to not pay that rent guarantee, but they still continue to charge you the full amount for that additional benefit.Their portal is broken and throughout my year with them every week I'm basically on a call with Justin trying to figure out what went wrong and everything takes months to get fixed.

I've had a listing for over 4 years and added another one in March.  

I can't wait till Columbus gets there head out you know where about ADU's and lets us put them all up, I'd put one at my duplex and at my current primary I think they are the best thing out there for added value to a property

We’ve found doing value add to be a way to force appreciation and add cash flow when we got our house… we added an ADU and house hack with a midterm rental to generate the additional income and make a bigger home actually affordable but still flexible for when family visit

Also, do taxes, insurance, mortgage interest, depreciation get added back in?
