The problem is that most I have seen around here seem to be open only during business hours and that's when I am at work.Thanks for the inspiration!!

So I stopped into the office to let the manager know they potentially have another home leaving their park, unless they could give me some incentives to sweeten the deal enough for me to make an offer and keep the home in the park for them.I'm nowhere near getting homes for free, but I'm hoping maybe I can start with a free lot rent and continue to work with them a bit to prove my value.Thanks for the inspiration Terry!

These 2 quotes seem to inspire me to keep looking for "trees" to plant and help keep my eyes looking for opportunities when others see doom.   

I heard from a mutual friend that they were planning on taking an offer of 25k from a "we buy ugly houses" company.

I consulted a favorite website of mine for inspiration and found that stairs on the carpet alone looks fine, if not great!

Attend your local real estate investing associations, get a mentor, feed yourself uplifting and inspiring content (i.e. read some of the books here, read management/entrepreneurial ones.
