My clients have goals that may not be 100% attainable, but they know that and will look at things I send them that are close to their goals.

Most of them have formal research and investigative backgrounds, in addition to being bright, organized, knowledgeable, hardworking, highly competent, good at taking calculated risks, and, of course, quite wealthy.

Half way through viewing the house, he got excited talking about how he will organize and decorate the house ..., he walked around faster than I could walk  :D

A lot of the management has been left to memory, but the business has grown to the size that more organization needs to be put in place.
