We usually go somewhere between santa Barbara, and San Diego for bicycling, beach, wine tasting, paddle boarding etc. 

We are into dining out, books, wine bars, etc.

One place had a big red stain on the living room carpet, I thought it was possibly red wine, which they were totally remove. 

I called her office to see if she drinks coffee and she doesn't, but she does enjoy a good bottle of wine...

I had to remove their names in wooden letters from the walls which pulled off some of the drywall.

Kitchens get table top wine racks, decorative olive oil bottle, simple place settings on kitchen bar tops.

It's literally meet up, have a beer (or wine in my case), eat if you're hungry, and chat with the people sitting around you.  

My parents retired in Lebanon we go to Dundee for wine tasting.

@George Wines IMO it needs to at least be close to the 1% rule (sum of the monthly rents is around 1% of the purchase price.

My general contractor is quoting me:$32,000 to prep, paint exterior of the home$19,000 to replace asphalt roof$23,000 to prep, paint the interior$19,000 wooden floor refinishing (polishing, filling in any cracks)The home is 90 years old and is 2,800 square feet.
