Linda, thank you very much for the advice.Unfortunately, there has been a negative development:The buyer got back to us and told us that his son in law went back out to land to check it outin the rain but the neighbors across the streetcame out in the rain stood there and stared at himstarted their trucks, revved the enginesand blared rock music really loud at him...Talked to his father and he said that ifthe neighbors are "rednecks" it would be a problem.On the West side, another neighbor came out previouslyand shouted "don't build anything next to me!"
