Hello all,I wanted to get some opinions on this, was at a meetup tonight playing cashflow game with others and I mentioned to someone how I've had such difficulties after loan 5, that I was thinking of buying my property with cash vs paying off one of my current loans, because they have 3%ish interest rates.... guy at my table mentioned that it would be smarter for me to invest time in calculating my perfect deduction amount and purchase the next property with that exact amount.

Getting a property manager is not off the table if I need the help.

As a result, I never get push back on the contract and people will sign literally at the kitchen table without reading in detail. 

So I have several of market deals on the table small multi family properties 6-8 units.

I also bought one in Ashville NC, this one so I can use it when we go mountain biking out there (during the slow seasons of course lol). 

Also, banks like this are recommended for the "profit first" strategy because they're more likely to work with you on the fees.Bottom line, I'm curious if any investors in the bay area (Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, San Jose) have experience with local banks that they could recommend, and even better, if someone in the area uses the "Profit First" system to manage their business at one of these banks.Thanks in advance!

We are starting to partner with other investors on projects, so the topic of finish comes to the table from time to time. 

He has more construction experience and a good amount of capital and I was willing to live in the property (that's what I brought to the table).
