You could limit the tenant to one dog under 15 pounds.

Wow .you could always ask the neighbor ,but there’s a 99.9% chance they are going to tell you to pound salt .

Take the dog to a friend's, find a foster, the pound probably will not take a dog that it not yours.

my suggestion is to find a metro area and pound for infill lots ahead of builders and flip lots.. 

In our area, our animal shelters are severely overpopulated, and the local pound has an intake waiting list of 70+ dogs at any given time.

Buy your rice and beans 50 pounds at a time.

Pound for pound, you may want to consider some of the additional fees / charges that come with the desktop version like Bank downloads, annual upgrades, etc.
