The winters here are not bad at all, I grew up in upstate NY so I have pretty solid perspective on bad winters.

I grew up in Hollywood and can tell you Dade county has so many different communities in it.

We are in a weird position where we live in Phoenix, but I grew up in Prescott and my Wife grew up in Yuma.

I live in a rural area 2 hrs southeast of Pittsburgh and I've got leads on properties out here too...finding/researching  properties out here is pretty easy in small rural towns especially if you grew up here and know how to find them and talk to the local people... finding cash buyers who want to flip houses out here is a different story.

I grew up in Hoover, and in medical school I lived in the Crestwood area downtown and I was drawn to that area if I decide to invest there. 

I held several properties as rentals for many years then started selling them off - holding the contracts of course.It got me started with very little money, grew the cash fast, and provided me with passive income and financial independence in just three years.

Our properties are or have been in 32221, 32210, 32073, 32068 32058 but I grew up west of the river .Our land has been in 32244, 32220, 32210, 32068, 32145, 32205, 32208, 32219, 32254 32656.

I grew up here.

I rent them for several years then sell and carry the contract for many more years.This method grew my business very quickly, especially the first part of flipping mobiles in parks.

I grew up in CdA Idaho and have wanted to buy a place there for years.
