I live in NYC plan to invest in Scranton Pa due to low price low barrier of entry to 2-4 family house I want to find a mastermind group of investors who only invest in smaller multifamily houses not commercial apartment buidings, what group you recommend to me

Nowadays I travel to getaway... and have mastermind meetings and still go to a seminar here and there to hang out with friends... a reunion of sorts...Plus, those contacts early on allowed me to be able to pick up the phone or send a quick email to folks that I knew knew the answers and get help...

I'm also in @Frank Rolfe's mastermind and have taken his bootcamp.

As a rookie investor, I'm looking for meet-ups or masterminds in South East Michigan.

So, what is a Mastermind group?

I bought the 90 day journal and the mastermind group I was put into was a bust.

I have been submitting offers but I would like to join a mastermind group or a accountability group via zoom for now. 

@Trevor Thomson There aren’t any mastermind groups that I know of in Ann Arbor.

Would any experienced wholesalers who are doing at least 30+ deals a year be interested in a weekly or bi-weekly mastermind group?
