The guy or girl who owns 4 units can be much better off than the person with 100 units it depends where it is, how its structured etc.

You have to be that guy who goes up to every gorgeous girl in the club who is obviously way out of your league and get rejected *hard* 100 times in an evening.

I'm not in the area but honestly, I'm a 19-year-old girl and I've learned that if you just walk in super confident, they won't second guess you.

Three years old may be too young to introduce the business to the little girl, but maybe you can find a way to include her in some tasks you do.

At that time, she dropped off a deposit slip with her banking info on it and asked the girls to wire funds to her account from then on so she doesn't have to come by and collect the rent.
