@Ryan Kawash Those ROI percentages are really high and that would have me questioning the numbers a bit if it were me but if they truly make sense after going over them again and the building is sound while being in the path of progress you may have a gem on your hands.

The buyers got a gem and the sellers are liquid.

There are gems that come up, you just need to be educated and ready to pounce when it hits your investment objectives.
