Need a Bootcamp or a workshop

Hi All,

I am a newbie and Looking for a bootcamp or workshop to learn nuances on Small multifamily investing less than 5 units & not large multi family.If anybody has a reference on a good Mentor would be of great help.

 You don’t need special training for that. Do you have a down payment and lender lined up? Have you considered house hacking? Really didn’t give much information for people to help you with.
