this is just the real estate version of the Nigerian prince scheme we have all seen over the years... they use BP   Linkdin  facebook  to troll for those that ask for money then respond.. and believe me it works with not only newbies but real estate professionals as well.. some of the better scammers are pretty good at this.I suggest you watch this one episode on American Greed.. its was on Remmington financial.. and you can see how pervasive fake lenders are ..

Like are we buy houses and we rent houses websites facebook pages and all that.

Search her on Facebook to see if she has just posted a photo of her new puppy or if she is excited about her BF soon being released from prison! 

After listening to about 30 hours of multiple podcasts, tons of youtube videos, skimming through facebook groups (which btw; half these people in these groups can barely structure a sentence and are full of online drama), calling these "guarantee you 5+ deals a day programs" and after hearing they require a payment of $5,500 for information I can get for free online, I am a little weary and I'm wondering if this is as easy as 80% of people who are doing it are claiming it be ?

@Tom Reid very good information above but I will add my two cents ,I recently signed up with podio and mail chimp with a lot lot of suggestions from experts on face book.

I've had a company controlled normal profile on facebook for 2 years.

I would use Craigslist, Ebay, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other outlets you can think of.

Search here I've posted about them several times. they also have a Facebook group.

@Constance Vidos I would suggest posting it on a local Facebook marketplace group as these tend to garner lots of eyes for these kind of purchases.
