I went through Champions to get my license 5 or so years ago and do all my continuing education through them as well.

I also started to volunteer on a 7-9 year old little league team which I am very excited about and got to play golf twice.

Sponsor a Little League team or volunteer to coach kids or do Habitat for Humanity, etc.

@Nick Keesee I think what @Wendell De Guzman was saying that differed maintenance could help you to acquire a property that otherwise could be out of your league.

Just think logically, many major league baseball players pay top $$ for their gloves and bats.

I'm not sure to what extent that this new industrial development will have on rents and sales, but either way it's a hot market.BTW I'll be investing in SFRs or multifamilies if I can find a good deal (vacation rentals are a bit out of my league).

Time to get legal advice as this specific situation is well out of the league of something solvable by folks on an internet forum.

My grandfather helped build Grande Coulee Dam and my Brother just retired working on the 520 floating bridges and the pontoons (amazingly interesting project) while I find it fascinating, it's way out of my league...
