There is an abundance of short-term rentals in Scottsdale; in fact, if you search short-term rentals within the Phoenix Metro area, you will find the majority of them being in Scottsdale.

As I look around there is an over abundance of lease with option to purchase contracts, but I haven't found a true lease purchase contract.

Unfortunately there seems to be an abundance of used appliances in geographically undesirable areas.
