@Rob RoyYou probably have this worked out by now, but for future reference...I am retired Navy and my tax practice caters to military families - so I've seen quite a few tax returns from uniformed personnel.

So I found out about BP about a year ago when I ran into my friend @Ben Biggs who I hadn't seen since Navy boot camp in 2010!

I am 22 years old and currently active duty Navy stationed in Georgia.

When I talked to Navy Federal Credit Union they said I would have to live in one of the units in order to use my VA Loan on it.

I'm officially a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and I separate from the Navy on Friday!
