I have a logistical question for those who are brave enough to invest out of your state.

Hello Fellow BPers,I enjoy reading the forums, but there are many times like international trips where I don't have  access to the web, but have time to read.Is there a way I can "download" specific forum topics and read it on my E-reader without internet access?

In Silicon Valley doing a web search for "city name comprehensive financial report" will almost always find it for the "city name" you are interested in.

I have looked far and wide across reaches of the web for calculators to to help me predict specific timelines, depending on my investment strategy. ( be it aggressive, conservative or somewhere in between) I found a few, but nothing to my liking, so I made my own.

When I try to print them now, the formatting is odd since it is is trying to print the 'web page'.

In my opinion and experience the training is not necessary.A good web presence that has a very professional look helps too.  

A size about 1200 x 800 pixels will give a pretty small file but still look good when viewed in most web browser windows.

When I didn't get a reply, I started searching the web and saw photos of what you're talking about.  

My son rents in Smyrna but will move out of the area.You didn't mention if you were going to flip or rent.First, it may seem like the Smyrna area is improving but not nearly as fast as East Cobb, Roswell and Alpharetta.2) The Smyrna schools are the worst in Cobb County and never seem to improve.3) The crime rate in Smyrna is the highest in the county, now that heroin is so easily available in that area.4) Because the new SunTrust Braves stadium is opening this spring the traffic will be horrendous.5) Smyrna is a very transient area and doesn't have a sense of community.Highest recommendation would be certain areas of Kennesaw (Legacy Park),East Cobb, western area of Roswell near Hwy 92 and definitely Woodstock.
