We still take money orders in our drop box or offices but I've seriously considered getting rid of all in person payments due to the fact we have so many options for paying online / at store.

I read this section as the tenant needs rental insurance and includes a box for an amount that they may have no less than.My first question is am I reading this correctly and it just says the tenant must carry renters insurance?

On a 1099-R, Box 1 for "Gross distribution" is basically "income" on Line 15a of the 1040, right?
