Not only are we both Asians... but even our last names are very similar!

I represent both buyers and sellers in Residential mainly in the Asian communities and mostly buyers in Commercial Real Estate.

Two, is it a female that's been spayed?

I have a couple that are really interested, but the male has a felony (schedule II PITS) female has shopped lifted in past (distant). 

We have her name first, cuz we think people respond better to females.

Gwinnett County is probably Georgia's most diverse demographics with the largest Asian population, however Gwinnett County only attracted $81 million of California capital which is an extremely small number compared to Dallas. 

It has plenty of room to pick everyone up for the party but sometimes it's hard explaining to high maintenance females.

I doubt it's much better here in the US, everyone I know to be adopted, that are females have told me horrific sexual abuse stories.

THEY ARE A 25 YEAR OLD MALE AND 21 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH A 6 AND 1 YEAR OLD AND SHES PREGNANT.
