I would like to start a real estate virtual meetup where we can share information, knowledge, etc.  

I live in California and I'm looking to wholesale virtually from out here in CA to build some capital to begin my investing journey.

I attended virtually last month and 12 properties sold.

We don't go to every routine plumbing call or no heat call at this point, but we keep detailed notes of how the mechanicals work at each building so that we can trouble shoot virtually. 

My idea was to virtually drive for dollars with street view, write down addresses with 2+ mailboxes and send them a pretty custom typed hand stuffed letter asking if they wanted to sell, or connect.Made a small sample list (50 contacts) Sent it off to be skip traced, and got back phone numbers when I was expecting mailing addresses (.20 cents per name).

We do have restrictions as you get into Orange County and the city of Orlando, but as long as you are in '4 corners' area, you are virtually all set.

Looking for a VA, preferably in the Philippines. If anyone can assist with a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated.

There would be virtually impossible for it to not appraise the 2nd time.
