Also here there are a number of coincidences to make it appear, at least to the board or commission to be intentional fraud .1) undisclosed licensee2) perhaps trying to hide that fact even more by having an agent at their brokerage represent them instead of represent themselves3) waiting til the last day to send inspection notice on a long inspection contingency ro perhaps wait out backup offer disappearing4) asking for a very unreasonable amount of repairs and credits to take advantage of desperate seller by an undisclosed licensee.What we are going to do we think is send notice of unilateral termination based on the buyer and buyers agents ethics violation pursuant to article 4 of the code of ethics.
