I you buy a database that everybody is suing you will have less chance to get a good deal,  find a way with less traffic 

About the only ground you can't push them into is frozen ground.If you do use poles, be sure to avoid anything like street lights, signals, traffic signs, etc.

If you are new, like me, why not learn while driving (or sitting) in traffic? 

I would recommend investing in high end quality images to draw in a larger amount of traffic.

What I would strongly recommend - since you are new to the area, and the fact that you don't know real traffic until you visit Atlanta!!! 

I grew up on the Cape, and in the summer time it's actually easier and more direct to get to Martha's Vineyard than to most areas on the Cape, due to bridge, traffic and lack of ports.

Outdoor carpet will need to be replaced in 5 or 10 if it's a  high traffic area. 

Traffic but no applications makes me suspect the problem is not price, but rather either something about the unit, or something about your terms.

That is an excellent idea, make a video of you diagnosing and fixing it and put on your YouTube channel, don't forget to put in keywords like apartment rental (Your city), etc to help bring you traffic.
