I'm really irritated with them this morning! 

I've been greeted at the door of a new Tax Deed purchase by a highly irritated gentleman carrying a shotgun. 

People don't want the added pressure they may have already and unfortunately the end result turns to angry, Irritated and even in some cases irate people.

If they are irritated by the questions, definitely move on.These are the KPI's that any quality turnkey company will measure and track and should be able to give you an accurate and correct answer at any given time.

Agreed your post is a great wake-up call for attention to details.We stole a 6-plex because the sellers PM had created a toxic environment & as a result had 2 vacancies that apparently sat empty for 3 years.

I realize I can get a text message but that just sends me to the web portal version and is kind of irritating to use- I wish I was able to log in using Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.

And by the way, if a tenant gets sick or suffers injury due to a property condition mold, toxic issues etc or worse,they can still drag you to court.

Do a little bit of "due diligence" or you may end with a toxic waste dump or a property that is "condemned" and you now have the responsibility of cleaning it up.

It's easier to buy a clean one than to remove toxic residue.

I still feel that in removing this inventory of toxic assets from their hands investors provide a valuable service.
