When I went into the house the alarm went off, but since I needed to get stuff done, I went in and worked on a few things, as I walked out of the house 5 squad cars fly up to the house and officer jump out with guns pointed at me!

Those thief do steal A/C and air handlers.. so try to get someone to check on the house every once in a while or leave light on so it seems as someone is living there.
