I’m trying to find screaming deals ,not mediocre deals .if I can buy a house for 5 grand and rent it for 600 it’s really hard to justify buying one for 25k and renting it for 700 .doesn’t make business sense .

To me you want your agent for example to be blasting all their buyer clients, all their past clients, and screaming at the next sales meeting with 50 or 100 agents attending, that they have a HOT new listing in GV that is ready to move....so those 50-100 agents take it back to their network, their buyers, their past clients.Best wishes on the sale....and be ready to join the party in Dallas....very hot market here.

I believe this situation screams for you to be represented by legal counsel knowledgeable with real estate contracts and law so you are sure of what your rights are and are not under the contract and sure that you will get good title or can walk.
