Not impressive, but I had 2 BR, a private bathroom (roommate used the common bathroom), the yard, and the garage so it seemed fair but in reality I likely was not charging enough to cover maintenance/cap ex, etc.

My consensus was...PROS: Higher gross rent potential compared to renting out the entire house to 1 person/familyCONS: Higher turnover, establishing and enforcing house rules, managing drama between roommates, more people to chase down for rent collection

Truthfully, If it was just me living in the house I would be able to "survive" paying it off my myself, but I think I would really be gambling it lol, but once I get roommates it should be fine.

They seemed cautious (typical) told them it would not happen unless the deal was prime. ( I would be giving them a share in the profit) Wouldn't want to risk my credit and my cash reserve i have going for me at the moment, But i figured two roommates would be really reliable for Holding costs.
