Many people on this site are making a living off buying houses to rent out, any SFR you rent has all of those costs built into it plus money off the top for the owner.My plan is to own my current house for two years, and re-visit the idea of if I want to stay here, buy a new home (sfr or condo) and rent this one out, or sell.
