I learned quickly to, as my CFO taught me, Respect The Money!

I do have a friend who I pay to be my eyes if needed but honestly I found that trust/respect goes along way.

I sent verbal and physical (fax) acceptance on Friday around 7:00 and 8:00pm respectively.

I already have a roommate that lives with me but I've known this person for years and they are clean and respect my house.

It's no more or less exciting/interesting that any business venture I might start, and in many respects, I think I like it less than other things I've done career-wise.That said, one of the things I do like about real estate specifically, is that there's so much to know/learn that I always have the option to try something new or put another twist on what I'm already doing.
