You might want to reconsider representing yourself if you don't want to deal with this kind of behavior.  

If you're looking to flip a property, then you should reconsider since the manufacturing-centric economy is struggling right now.You can't beat paying $24,000 for a 3/1 home which would rent for $650 a month.

Now that FHA has lowered the upfront insurance premium and I'm more settled, I've been reconsidering a personal residence that could cash flow if/when I move.  

Besides tenant quality...I'm hearing that more and more and starting to reconsider whether I actually want to get into small multis or if it's smarter to go bigger

If the charges for use were to increase compared to fixed charges, I would reconsider.

It's still an offer, you may come up on it, maybe the seller will reconsider down the line if they don't get the offer they're looking for, etc.

If there is one thing I must have heard more than any other as a reason to reconsider getting into rental properties, it was that I was surely to spend my life waking up in the middle of the night to go plunge my tenants plugged toilets.

Currently I'm managing them myself from Illinois, but I may reconsider that in the future.
