Old Newbie in Champaign, Illinois

Hello Everyone,

I've been with Bigger Pockets for a couple years, but have recently moved to Champaign, IL from Austin, Texas and have started a Home Inspection Business. I rent out a duplex and a SFR in Austin and will be looking for other buy and hold/or flip options here in Illinois also.

I am the owner/inspector of a Home Inspection Company in Champaign. For the last 20 years I have worked in general contracting, residential homes, in Austin. Moving to Illinois seems like a counter-intuitive move to many, but my family and I are pretty excited about it.

I'd like to network with other investors in this area. And if anyone has a question regarding home inspection, please give me a shout.
