Hi James,I recently quit my traditional job to focus on my real estate business (as well as one or 2 other business pursuits).  

I hope to be semi-retired well before that age and will need other sources of income outside of these retirement accounts to make that happen (ergo the pursuit of REI).My big question is...

Real estate investing is a life long pursuit that takes a lot of time to do properly. 

I will definitely put all of it to use in my pursuit of an investor friendly realtor!
