When a Lender, Apartment complex or Private Landlord sees a Lien or Judgment that says Smith Rental Properties, LLC, it's likely it will prevent the borrower or renter from obtaining the home that want to purchase or rent until it is paid or settled and removed.So often I'll see a judgment on a credit report that will be in a prior landlord's actual name like John Smith.

During inspection noticed cracks in the driveways and after further investigating found roots causing the cracks and were going into foundation..My main concern was roots damaging pipes before having that issue I had tree removed.Honestly I have no idea how big are Cherry Trees and how are the roots.

The only major issue is that you need to get your wife to accept the fact that people will be "getting freaky" in your bed and possibly all over the house...But if you are not going to put down roots you seriously need to set your "base" in a state without income tax.
